These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SketchWars (the "Service"), operated by Ramchandra Dahyabhai Narrow Fab Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating a room, joining a game, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old, or that you have a parent or guardian's permission to use it.
SketchWars is a real-time multiplayer drawing-and-guessing game. Rooms and gameplay state are ephemeral: they exist only for the duration of a session and are not permanently stored. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
You may sign in using Google or email verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to remove content, end a session, or restrict access for any user who violates these Terms.
"User Content" means drawings, guesses, display names, and messages you submit while using the Service. You retain any rights you have in your User Content. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to transmit, display, and process it solely as necessary to operate the Service (e.g., broadcasting your drawing to other players in your room in real time). Because gameplay data is not persisted, this license is limited to the duration of the active session.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and word packs, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
